K8-artnet 8CH output super programmable SD card LED pixel light controller, with DMX512 master control, DXF to LED map, AC sync.
This is an 8CH output programmable LED controller with an SD card, compatible with almost all single-wire addressable pixel light control ICs, like UCS1903, UCS1903B, UCS1909, UCS1912, TM1803, TM1804, TM1809, TM1812, UCS2903, UCS2909, UCS2912, 8205, 8206, 16703, 2811, etc., and TM1914, 8206, 9883 break-point continue lights, compatible with almost all DMX512 ICs, like the Ucs512 series, modes file is *.led, programmed by LEDmagic, this is free software work with this controller, support *.dxf to led map.
2: support a variety of points, lines, and surface light sources; support a variety of rules; and shape processing.
3: offline or connected DMX console mode: the controller supports 1–1024 pixels per port for ordinary single-line lamps, and 8 ports can have 8192 pixels. DMX512 lamps and controllers support 1-256 pixel points per port; 8 ports can have 2048 pixel points.
4: When using a matrix: Ordinary single-line lamps, each port controls 170–680 pixels (that is, 1-4 domains), and a single machine can bring up to 5440 points. DMX512 lamps and controllers support 1-256 pixel points per port; 8 ports can have 2048 pixel points.
5: Connected to a single-wire IC lamp, the data line of the lamp is connected to the controller output port DAT, and the negative wire of the light is connected to the controller output port GND.
6: DMX512 lamp; lamp signal A line is connected to the controller output port D+; lamp signal B line is connected to the controller output port D-.
Technical parameters:
input voltage: AC90V-230V;
output pixels: 8196 points;
rated power: 4W;
working temperature: -10°C–45°C;
net weight: 1.2 kg;
storage SD card: high-speed SD card (1GB–2GB);
SD card format: FAT or FAT32;
signal output port: 8;
Note:
1. When the controller port is loaded with 512 lights, the playback speed can reach 30 frames per second, and when the port is packed with more than 512/1024 lights, the number of frame-frequency lights increases and automatically decreases.
2. For the output of the TTL signal, the controller must be common with the lamp (that is, the controller's ground wire output and the lamp's ground wire are connected).
3. If multiple controllers have offline synchronization, the SD card must have the same specification, such as the use of a 1G card; each controller needs the same 1G card; different SD card reading speeds may not be consistent, which will affect the synchronization effect; and each SD card must be formatted into the same type (FAT or FAT32).
4. Before copying the file to the SD card, format the SD card into “FAT” or “FAT32” format before copying the file to it.
Offline use:
The controller has a four-digit display, and the chip model adjustment can only be carried out offline (by plugging in the SD card that comes with it). Support for the chip: UCS19 * *, UCS29 * *, * *, TM18 WS281 *, SM1670 *, GS8205, GS8206, 6812982, 3988, 3, TM1914, LPD1886, DMX512, UCS512, WS2822 chip. If you want to increase the support of other chips, please inform your supplier.
The off-line software uses lededit2014; when doing the program, select the controller model K-8000ALL in the software without selecting the supported chip in the software. When multiple controllers are synchronized, each controller can support different chips.
Multiple controllers are used in cascade, and using the offline software lededit2014 recording program, up to 31 programs can be added. When the program outputs,
It will eventually generate the same number of program folders as the controllers (for example, three cascades).
Each folder will generate a program file named K-8000.led (you can also change the file name to 00.led), copy it into the corresponding controller SD card, and insert it on the controller.
When multiple controllers are synchronized offline, they are connected through network cables. Connect the first NET OUT to the next NET IN with network cables. The subsequent controllers are connected in this way. After multiple controllers are cascaded, the first one is the main control, and the latter one is the sub-control.
Connect to Madrix software:
This controller supports the ARTNET protocol and is widely used in lighting software and consoles that support the ARTNET protocol, such as connecting to MADRIX software, which is more popular in the LED lighting industry.
A network can drive up to 170*256=43520 points.
When each port is set to 680 points, it is to occupy four ARTNET routes, so an 8-port controller occupies a total of ARTNET 4*8=32 routes so that the controller can only be used at most 8 controller cascades when each port is fully loaded, up to 43520 points.
If you want to bring more points to the site, you need to add a network card to the computer. You can add another 43,520 points.
Connect a DMX512 light console or KTV intelligent controller (XLR3 connection).
When the controller is connected to the DMX console, the DMX address is 6 segments (6 channels), and the light program played by the controller, speed, total brightness, and the gray value of the three colors RGB are adjusted by the push-rod of the console.
The six channels have specific meanings, and the range of adjustable values is as follows:
CH1: program adjustment, adjustable value 0-255
CH2: overall speed adjustment, adjustable value 0-255
CH3: overall brightness adjustment, adjustable value 0-255
CH4, CH5, CH6: adjust the red, green, blue, gray, and adjustable values 0-255.
