🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

• The product arrived damaged or defective
• The product received is different from what was ordered
• A technical malfunction caused by a manufacturing defect

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Requests made after 7 days from delivery
• Products that have been used, installed, or programmed
• Damage caused by incorrect wiring, voltage mismatch, or improper installation
• Products purchased during promotions or sales (unless a manufacturing defect exists)

⚡ Important Notes for Pixel LED & Lighting Products

• Customers must ensure correct voltage and wiring before powering the product
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect electrical connections
• Installed, soldered, or programmed products are not eligible for return

💰 Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was made by LEDEdit™

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by LEDEdit™
• Products must be returned in original packaging and in unused condition
