Press WIN+X on keyboard

Note:

1. H803TV supports the following resolutions: 1024×768, 1280×720, 1280×960, 1280×1024, 1360×765, 1360×1020, 1600×900, and 1600×1200.
2. It supports dual-monitor mode, multi-monitor extension mode, and duplication mode.

In this manual, I just chose 1024×768 and duplication mode, for example.

Then, click “Apply“, and “OK“.

The visible area of your screen should be 1024×768 now.
